Receptionist
The person filling this position is the first person clients meet when calling or coming in to SNIFFERS. The receptionist not only answers phones, gives tours, checks-in and checks-out guests but he/she is also responsible for creating reservations, invoices and taking payments. Qualified applicants will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be computer savvy and a multi-tasker. This person must possess a neat appearance and be an outgoing person who can juggle many balls in the air at once. As with all our positions dependability, punctuality and good attendance are a must. Receptionist Shifts are available 7 days a week and can be scheduled between 6:30am - 7:30pm.

Animal Care
The position of Animal Care is the most vital position at SNIFFERS. Animal Care staff interacts directly with the SNIFFERS guests. Animal Care staff is responsible for the feeding, housekeeping and exercise of the dogs. Animal Care sees to it that all dogs interact well with each other. Qualified Animal Care applicant's will not only "love dogs" but will possess an understanding of dog communication and care-giving. Animal Care staff must be team players, show initiative and be hard workers. All Animal Care staff must be able to mentally and physically handle a 100 pound dog. As with all our positions dependability, punctuality and good attendance are a must. Animal Care shifts are available 7 days a week and can be scheduled between 6:30am - 7:30pm.

Night Watchman
The position of Night Watchman sets SNIFFERS apart. Very few facilities have round the clock care. The Night Watchman works alone, but understands his role affects the other crew and directly impacts the guests.
The Night Watchman is responsible for meals, house keeping and exercise of the dogs during the overnight hours.
The Night Watchman must be detail oriented and service minded. Night Watchman must be flexible as their shift duties can be light or heavy depending on the amount of passengers aboard Ana's Ark.
As with all our positions dependability, punctuality and good attendance are a must.
Night Watchman Shifts are 7 days a week from 7pm - 7am. |
