All of the Sniffers staff are clearly caring, compassionate animal lovers. I especially like how you know each dog's name. Reno has fun playing with the other dogs (I know, because I check in on him via the web cams) and he is a happy,tired boy when he gets home. It's important to me that my dog receive quality care and both human and canine interaction.

I am constantly telling other dog-owners about Sniffers, because the change that we've seen in Max has been so remarkable. I have been very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff. Max's behavior has become much more manageable and mellow on his off-days, now that he isn't wriggling with so much pent-up energy, and walking him has become much more enjoyable for me. And best of all, his pure, uninhibited excitement on mornings that we take him to Sniffers is an obvious indication of how much he loves going.

Bella is very high energy and bossy and gets lonely being alone all day, everyday. At Sniffers, even if she sleeps she is not alone, which I think is a huge comfort to her and helps to break up her week. Bella is very finicky with people, and I know when she doesn't feel right about certain people. The only things I see from Bella towards the Sniffers crew is love and smiles, and I see the same from the crew towards every customer and dog that comes into Sniffers. Finding Sniffers has been a godsend and has made my life and Bella life so much easier, and that, in turn, has only strengthened my relationship with Bella.

Sniffers is the only kennel that my dogs, Bailey and Berkeley will happily walk in the front door instead of trying to run the other way when we get out of the car!! They are happy here, and I feel the Sniffers staff is wonderful. The two of them have been boarding at Sniffers for several years when ever my family goes out of town. Don't change anything. Stay just the way you are.

Finn is over weight. We thought it would be good for him to get out more during the day, and it has worked. He has already lost 2 pounds! What a wonderful idea for the moms and dads to have a place were they can leave a loved one and know they will be safe and have fun. Finn waits for us to say "school " everyday. He get so excited to go, and in the evening he is so tired he's in bed before us! Thank you to all at Sniffers who take care of Finn.

Again, we want to thank you for taking such great care of our little guy. He "flourished" while he was in your care. I appreciated being able to bring his own bed and food and the suggestion by your staff that we bring something from home (a shirt). I think going out briefly several times a day was a big bonus for such an active, people-dependent dog--I was reluctant to see him caged without a break for the better part of two weeks. In short, we are very satisfied customers. The "other place" we've boarded him was fine, but this time he seemed much more content, and so were we--and this was the longest we've ever had to board him. Sniffers has an open atmosphere that we liked right away. We were impressed to be given a tour and actually see the space where he'd be staying. That made a huge difference in how we felt about leaving him. He may be "just a dog," but he's very special to us.
